Cyra-D 40 Capsule should be taken on an empty stomach in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. The exact dose will depend on your condition and response to treatment. Continue taking it for as long as prescribed, even if your symptoms improve, as stopping early may cause them to return or worsen. Inform your healthcare provider about all other medicines you are taking, as some may interact with Cyra-D 40 Capsule.

Common side effects include diarrhea, stomach pain, headache, weakness and flatulence. These are usually mild and temporary. However, contact your doctor immediately if any side effects persist or cause concern. This medicine may cause dizziness or drowsiness, so avoid driving or activities requiring alertness until you know how it affects you.

Refrain from drinking alcohol, as it can increase drowsiness. Lifestyle measures such as drinking cold milk and avoiding spicy foods, coffee, tea, and chocolate can enhance treatment effectiveness. Before starting Cyra-D 40 Capsule, inform your doctor if you have any liver or kidney problems, or if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding.

• Treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease (Acid reflux) : Cyra-D 40 Capsule helps relieve symptoms of acidity, such as heartburn, stomach pain, or irritation.

The recommended adult oral dosage is once daily or as directed by the doctor. Take it on an empty stomach, preferably 30 minutes before your first meal of the day.

Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of Cyra-D 40 Capsule, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Overdose

Taking too much may cause agitation, convulsions, and sleepiness. If an overdose is suspected, seek medical attention. Treatment is supportive and based on symptoms.

• Take Cyra-D 40 Capsule one hour before the meal, preferably in the morning.
• Inform your doctor if you experience watery diarrhea, fever, or stomach pain that persists.
• Inform your doctor if you do not feel better after taking it for 14 days, as you may be suffering from some other problem that needs attention.
• Long-term use can cause weak bones and a deficiency of minerals such as magnesium. Take adequate dietary intake of calcium and magnesium or their supplements as prescribed by your doctor.
• Use Cyra-D 40 Capsule with caution if you are taking Methotrexate or certain Antiviral drugs. Always inform your doctor about these treatments so appropriate monitoring or adjustments can be made.
• Focus on simple eating habits such as having smaller, more frequent meals, avoiding very spicy or oily foods, and not lying down immediately after eating. Try to identify personal trigger foods, as these can vary from person to person. Maintaining a regular meal routine and a healthy weight can also help reduce symptoms over time.
