Uses

Timolol is used in the treatment of glaucoma (high eye pressure)

How it works

Timolol blocks the action of certain chemical messengers on the heart and blood vessels. This can lower the blood pressure, abnormally fast heartbeat and reduces strain on the heart following a heart attack.

Nausea, Fatigue, Headache, Breathlessness, Dizziness, Palpitations, Abdominal pain, Slow heart rate, Diarrhoea, Constipation

How it works

Brimonidine decreases the pressure in the eyeball by decreasing the formation of aqueous humor ( clear watery fluid filling the space in front of an eyeball ).
