Codylex 200mg/30mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ibuprofen and Pseudoephedrine which relieve common cold symptoms. Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Codylex 200mg/30mg Tablet is prescribed to get relief from symptoms of common cold.
Take exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take for longer than is recommended.
Call your doctor if your symptoms have not improved within seven days of treatment.
Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications, e.g., anti-depressants.
Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications for pain relief and cold.
