Cinetin-D Tablet MD should be taken with food to avoid stomach upset. Take this medicine as advised by your doctor and preferably at a fixed time each day. Do not skip any doses, but if you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Finish the full course of treatment and never stop this medicine suddenly without talking to your doctor.
Some common side effects of using this medication are dryness of mouth and stomach pain. To overcome dryness, it is advised to drink more water, always carry sugar candy or maintain oral hygiene. Dimenhydrinate is an antiallergic. It blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) that is responsible for light-headedness in vertigo.

Cinetin-D Tablet MD may cause indigestion. However, taking it with or after food can prevent indigestion. Talk to your doctor if indigestion persists.

Cinetin-D Tablet MD is considered to be harmful for patients with hypersensitivity to the active substances, diphenhydramine or other antihistamines of similar structure or to any of the excipients. If you miss a dose of Cinetin-D Tablet MD, you should skip the missed dose and take the next dose at its usual time and quantity. You should not take a double dose of Cinetin-D Tablet MD to make up for a missed dose.
Can I stop taking Cinetin-D Tablet MD if I feel well?
You should not stop taking Cinetin-D Tablet MD until your doctor asks you to. If you stop taking Cinetin-D Tablet MD earlier than advised, the symptoms of vertigo may reappear (dizziness and spinning).
