How Cafimol Tablet works

Cafimol Tablet is a combination of three medicines. Paracetamol helps reduce fever and relieve headache and body aches by blocking chemicals in the brain that cause pain and raise body temperature. Caffeine enhances the pain-relieving effect of paracetamol and helps reduce tiredness or drowsiness during illness. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that reduces sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and nasal irritation by blocking the action of histamine, a natural substance released during allergies and infections. Together, these ingredients provide broad relief from multiple cold symptoms.
