Give Bromolin 125 mg/4 mg Tablet DT either with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. Taking it with food may prevent the risk of a stomach upset. It is usually given three times a day but this may vary depending on the type and severity of the infection and your child’s body weight and age. Stick to the dose, time, and way prescribed by the doctor. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking the medicine, repeat the dose when your child feels better. However, do not double the dose if it is the time for the next dose.

Bromolin 125 mg/4 mg Tablet DT can cause some minor and temporary side effects such as nausea, vomiting, headache, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and mild skin rash. Amoxycillin helps in stopping the growth of bacteria. Bromhexine helps to loosen thick mucus, making it easier to cough out. This makes it easier for air to move in and out.
