Beposurge Eye Drop

Follow your doctor’s instructions precisely for administering Beposurge Eye Drop in the eye. It should be used regularly at evenly spaced time intervals as prescribed by your doctor. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may lead to returning or worsening.

Commonly seen side effects seen with Beposurge Eye Drop include eye irritation, headache, and nasopharyngitis. Consult your doctor if these side effects persist or if your condition worsens. It may cause blurring of your vision for a short time just after its use, so do not drive until your vision is clear.

• Allergic eye disease

• Apply pressure on the corner of the eye (close to the nose) for about 1 minute, immediately after putting the medication. This will prevent the medication from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye.
• A stinging sensation may occur for 1-2 mins. Notify your doctor if it persists for longer.
• To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface.
• If you wear eye lenses, avoid wearing them immediately after using Beposurge Eye Drop. You may wear spectacles instead. Your doctor will be able to advise you on this.
• Make sure to use Beposurge Eye Drop within 4 weeks of opening the bottle.
• Your doctor has prescribed Beposurge Eye Drop to help relieve allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling and rashes.
• As compared to other similar medications, it is much less likely to make you feel sleepy.
• Be cautious while driving or doing anything that requires concentration as it can cause dizziness and sleepiness.
• Do not drink alcohol while taking this medication as it may cause increased sleepiness.
• Stop taking Beposurge Eye Drop at least 3 days before taking an allergy test as it can affect the test results.
