Product introduction
Appavisc Injection also provides a protective barrier, shielding delicate eye tissues, such as the cornea and lens, from potential damage caused by surgical instruments and acts as a lubricant, reducing friction and facilitating smoother movements during the surgery.
Appavisc Injection is well-tolerated and does not usually cause any side effects. However, in some patients, it may cause a transient rise in intraocular pressure after the surgery. Let your doctor know in case you experience any symptoms.
The doctor will carefully monitor intraocular pressure, especially during the immediate postoperative period and treat with the appropriate therapy in case of significant rise. Appavisc Injection is not recommended for us in patients with a known history of hypersensitivity to its ingredients.
