Acec-Fast Tablet is a medication that helps alleviate the common cold symptoms. It relieves a runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing, and nasal congestion or stuffiness. Furthermore, it inhibits the release of certain chemicals that cause inflammation, pain, and fever associated with colds.

Take Acec-Fast Tablet in the dose and duration as prescribed by the doctor. It may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly as long as it is required to get maximum benefits. Keep taking the medicine even if your symptoms disappear until you complete the dose. Do not stop taking the medicine suddenly unless the doctor tells you it is alright to stop.

How Acec-Fast Tablet works

Acec-Fast Tablet combines five medicines: Aceclofenac, Paracetamol, Cetirizine, Phenylephrine, and Caffeine, which help treat common cold symptoms. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Cetirizine is an antihistamine medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels, relieving congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Caffeine is a stimulant that decreases sleepiness caused by Cetirizine.

What if you forget to take Acec-Fast Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Acec-Fast Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
