Pulmoclear Syrup may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to get the maximum benefits. Do not skip any doses and finish the entire course of treatment even if you feel better. This medication mustn't be stopped suddenly without talking to the doctor. You should avoid smoking and alcohol intake while you are under treatment.
This medicine may make you dizzy or drowsy. Do not drive, use machinery, or do any activity that requires alertness until you are sure you can safely perform such activities. Headache is another common side effect of this medicine. Drinking plenty of water and getting sufficient rest can reduce the side effects. Let your doctor know if you experience other symptoms while taking this medicine.
Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have any other medical conditions. To ensure it is safe, inform your doctor about your other medicines. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before using this medicine.

- You have been prescribed Pulmoclear Syrup for prevention and treatment of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
- It does not work right away and should not be used to relieve sudden breathing problems. Always keep a fast-acting (rescue) inhaler with you.
- If your breathing worsens, please immediately contact your doctor or nurse for advice.
- Do not smoke. Smoking causes irritation and damage to the lungs and will make your condition worse.
- If you have diabetes, you may need to check your blood glucose more frequently. This is because Pulmoclear Syrup can affect the sugar level in your blood. Your doctor will advise you about this.
- Do not discontinue use without consulting your doctor, even if you feel better.
