Dolsten 500mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. This medicine should be taken at the same time each day to get the maximum benefit. The tablets should be swallowed whole with water, do not break, crush or chew them. It is important to continue taking it regularly even if you feel well. 

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, abdominal pain and indigestion.  Most of these usually go away within a short time of the injection. • Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• To get relief from joint pain and stiffness start doing light exercises. Talk to your doctor about how much exercise is good for you.
