Individuals should not take Epineuron SR Tablet if they are allergic to vitamin B12 or any ingredient in the medicine, have a rare inherited eye condition called Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy (which causes vision loss), or toxic optic neuropathy related to tobacco use. Also, do not use it if you have diabetic ketoacidosis (a serious diabetes complication).
