Aldonil Plus

Aldonil Plus Tablet SR is mainly used to treat diabetic neuropathy, a nerve problem caused by diabetes that can lead to pain, tingling, numbness, or weakness—especially in the legs and feet.

Individuals should not take Aldonil Plus Tablet SR if they are allergic to vitamin B12 or any ingredient in the medicine, have a rare inherited eye condition called Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy (which causes vision loss), or toxic optic neuropathy related to tobacco use. Also, do not use it if you have diabetic ketoacidosis (a serious diabetes complication).

Although they are rare, serious side effects of Aldonil Plus Tablet SR include skin rash, itching, nausea, stomach pain, headaches, dizziness, fatigue, severe confusion, extreme tiredness, or allergic reactions (swelling, trouble breathing). Seek medical help immediately if you experience any of these symptoms.

Symptoms of Aldonil Plus Tablet SR overdose may include extreme fatigue, confusion, and significant gastrointestinal discomfort. If you suspect an overdose, seek emergency medical attention immediately.
