Tumour Mutation Panel (SNVs, InDels & CNVs)

Testing for tumor mutations is crucial in various cancers as it can help in diagnosis, prognostication, treatment selection, monitoring treatment response, disease progression, and in a few cases, identifying hereditary cancer syndromes.

This test offers next-generation sequencing-based high throughput assay, by which one can detect cancer-causing genomic alterations that aid in providing treatment benefits to the patients. This panel screens for base substitutions, insertions, and deletions in the coding exons (+/- 10 bp flanking intronic region) of a total of 231 key cancer genes in various solid tumor malignancies.
