Leukemia Panel - 4 (Leukemia Advance, ALL/AML Multiplex)

This panel comprises Leukemia Advance, a flow cytometry-based test that helps identify abnormal populations of cells, such as blasts, and determine immunophenotypic profiles of patients suspected of Acute Leukemia. Based on this initial test, further workup is done for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or Acute Myeloid Leukemia. ALL Multiplex (Basic) is a PCR panel test that involves the qualitative detection of commonly reported diagnostic and/or prognostic markers of Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), an aggressive leukemia of B- or T-lineage immature lymphoid cells. AML Multiplex (Basic) helps in understanding the molecular basis of the disease, diagnosis, prognosis, and monitoring of acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and the possibility of predicting each individual response to the treatment.
