An HLA B-27, Flowcytometry is a blood test that helps to identify the presence of Human Leukocyte Antigen B27(HLA B-27), a specific type of protein present on the surface of white blood cells (WBCs) that helps the body's immune system tell the difference between its own cells and foreign/harmful substances and helps diagnose autoimmune disorders.
