Fitgen

Fitgen test is a screening test based on the genetic makeup of an individual that helps to estimate the genetic risk of developing high body mass index (BMI) which is an indicator of the total amount of body fat. It's a polygenic risk score (PRS) screening. This test helps identify if you are at high, moderate, or average genetic risk of developing high BMI. You can take this test if you have a family history of obesity if you are overweight or underweight. It can also be done for children with parents/guardian consent. You can alter your lifestyle based on your genetic risk for obesity combined with your current BMI status, which may help prevent or manage certain diseases.
Note: Pre-test & post-test genetic counseling can be provided. If interested please send the request to this email id: [email protected]
