CLPD (Chronic Lymphoproliferative Disorder) is a group of disorders characterized by the abnormal growth of lymphocytes, a type of white blood cell that helps the body fight infections. The CLPD Advance uses flow cytometry to analyze multiple cell surface markers, including CD5, CD10, CD19, CD20, CD23, CD38, FM7, Kappa, Lambda, CD100, and others. Each marker provides information about the type and maturity of lymphocytes, helping doctors identify different subtypes of leukemia or lymphoproliferative disorders.
