3D-CT Scan Whole Spine

A 3D Whole Spine scan is a safe and painless diagnostic that uses a small quantity of radiation to visualize the spinal column (backbone) and adjacent soft tissues such as muscles. A 3D Whole Spine scan is performed to test for irregularities in the curvature of the spine such as lordosis (excessive inner bend of the spine), kyphosis (excessive outer bend of the spine also known as a hunchback), scoliosis (side to side abnormal curvature), or congenital abnormalities. 3D Whole Spine test is advised to rule out any possible malignancies (abnormal growth), arthritis, fractures (bone thinning), and virus infections of the spinal bones.
The MRI scan is a non-ionizing radiation-free diagnostic that uses powerful magnetic and radio waves to generate detailed 3D multiple images.
