Nasovac-S4 Vaccine is usually administered just before the cold season when the flu virus begins to increase. It is administered as a single-dose intranasal spray. The vaccine should be inspected visually for any foreign particulate matter and/or variation of physical aspects before administration. Discard the vaccine in case of any defects observed.

The most common side effects of this medicine are nasal discomfort, sneezing, runny nose, chills, and facial swelling. It produces both local (mucosal) and serum antibodies and also stimulates cell mediated immunity. Because it is a live vaccine, Nasovac-S4 Vaccine gives broad protection including protection against drifted strains in the circulation.

Tell your vaccination provider if the person getting the vaccine Is younger than 2 years or older than 49 years of age.
