एंडोमेट्रियल कैंसर में

Megesym 40 Tablet is a synthetic hormone which replicates the effect of a natural female hormone called progesterone. यह एंडोमेट्रियल कैंसर (गर्भाशय की भित्ति में विकसित होने वाला एक प्रकार का कैंसर) के लक्षणों जैसे कि योनि से असामान्य ब्लीडिंग, कमर के निचले हिस्से में दर्द, सेक्स के दौरान दर्द आदि से राहत देता है. यह शरीर में उन हार्मोन के बनने और उनके काम में बाधा पैदा करता है, जो एंडोमेट्रियल कैंसर के विकास और फैलने के लिए आवश्‍यक हैं. कैंसर की वृद्धि रोकने के लिए यह अन्य हार्मोन से इंटरैक्शन कर सकता है या कैंसर पर सीधा प्रभाव डाल सकता है.
