Azosinaid F Tablet ER is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Finasteride, which relieves the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia. टैम्सुलोसिन एक अल्फा ब्लॉकर है. यह ब्लैडर एग्जिट और प्रोस्टेट ग्लैंड के आसपास की मांसपेशियों को आराम देकर काम करता है, ताकि मूत्र आसानी से पास हो सके.
