Give $ to your child orally, preferably 30 minutes before meals. Stick to the dose, time, and way prescribed by your doctor as that depends on your child’s clinical condition, body weight, and age In case your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking this medicine, let the child calm down, and then repeat the dose.

Athdom P 5 mg/250 mg Suspension should be given at the first sign of a migraine attack. If symptoms persist, further doses may be given but a gap of 4 hours must be maintained between each dose. However, never exceed the total dose that has been prescribed for a day.

How Athdom P Suspension works

Athdom P 5 mg/250 mg Suspension contains two medicines: Domperidone and Paracetamol. Domperidone is an antiemetic that works on the vomiting center in the brain. It also increases the movement of the muscles of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach. This prevents nausea and vomiting caused due to migraines. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer) which blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause the pain associated with migraine.
