Zytee RB Gel

Zytee RB Gel is only meant for external use inside the mouth and should not be swallowed. Apply a small amount of the medicine directly to the affected area inside the mouth using a clean fingertip or cotton swab. You can use it up to three or four times a day, or as advised by your doctor. Do not eat or drink anything for at least 15 to 30 minutes after applying it. There is limited data regarding the common side effects of this medicine. However, some people may feel a mild burning, stinging, or numbness right after application. These effects are usually temporary and go away on their own. If the irritation becomes severe or you notice swelling, rashes, or any signs of an allergic reaction, stop using it and consult your doctor. Avoid using it in children unless recommended by a doctor, as safety in younger age groups may be limited. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have any known allergies to salicylates or antiseptics, consult your doctor before using this medicine. Also, let your doctor know if you are using other medications, especially blood thinners, as Zytee RB Gel may interact with them if used extensively.

• Pain relief : Zytee RB Gel is used to relieve pain and inflammation in the mouth caused by conditions such as mouth ulcers, gum irritation, and minor oral injuries.

The dose of Zytee RB Gel depends on the type and severity of your dental infections. It is usually applied to the affected area 2 or 3 times a day, as advised by your doctor. Your doctor will decide how much to apply and how long you should continue treatment.

Use Zytee RB Gel exactly as directed and apply it only to the affected area. Do not apply more than recommended or use it for longer than advised. Continue using the medicine for the duration recommended by your doctor to achieve the best results. If your symptoms do not improve or worsen, consult your doctor.

Missed Dose

If you miss a dose of Zytee RB Gel, apply it as soon as you remember. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your regular schedule. Do not apply extra to make up for a missed dose.

Overdose

Limited data are available on overdose. If an overdose is suspected, seek medical advice promptly.

• Clean the affected area gently and apply a thin layer of Zytee RB Gel using clean hands or a cotton bud.
• Avoid eating or drinking immediately after applying Zytee RB Gel to allow the medicine to act locally.
• Use Zytee RB Gel only for short-term relief, and consult your doctor if mouth ulcers keep recurring.
• Do not swallow large amounts of Zytee RB Gel, as it is intended for local use inside the mouth.
• Avoid applying Zytee RB Gel on severely injured or deeply wounded areas unless advised by your doctor.
• Avoid applying other gels, creams, or mouth products on the same area immediately after using Zytee RB Gel unless recommended by your doctor.
• Avoid very spicy, salty, hot, or acidic foods while using Zytee RB Gel, as they may worsen irritation.
• Stop using Zytee RB Gel and consult your doctor if irritation, redness, burning, rash, or swelling worsens after application.
• Consult your doctor if a mouth ulcer lasts longer than about two weeks, bleeds easily, or becomes hard.
• Avoid tobacco and areca nut while using Zytee RB Gel, as they may delay healing of oral lesions.
• If pain is severe or accompanied by fever or swollen lymph nodes, seek medical advice instead of continuing self-treatment.
