Zensumet-L 80mg/480mg Tablet is a combination of two antiparasitic medicines: Arteether and Lumefantrine, which treats malaria. These medicines work by increasing the levels of haeme in the blood, a substance toxic to the malarial parasite. This kills the parasite and stops the infection from spreading.

Complete the full course exactly as prescribed, even if symptoms improve early, to fully clear the malaria infection.
Avoid taking Zensumet-L 80mg/480mg Tablet with grapefruit or grapefruit juice, as it may interfere with how the medicine works in your body.
