How to use Zeneril Plus H Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Zeneril Plus H 2 mg/25 mg/5 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Take it with food, if it causes stomach upset.

How Zeneril Plus H Tablet works

Zeneril Plus H 2 mg/25 mg/5 mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Trihexyphenidyl/Benzhexol, Thioridazine and Trifluoperazine. Trihexyphenidyl/Benzhexol is an anticholinergic which works on the nervous system and corrects some of the chemical imbalances that cause Parkinson's disease and certain side effects occurring during antipsychotic treatment. Thioridazine is a typical antipsychotic. It works by blocking the action of dopamine, a chemical messenger in the brain that affects thoughts and mood. Trifluoperazine is a typical antipsychotic. It works by blocking the action of dopamine, a chemical messenger in the brain that affects thoughts and mood.

Alcohol
CAUTION
Zeneril Plus H 2 mg/25 mg/5 mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol.
Pregnancy
WEIGH RISKS VS BENEFITS
Zeneril Plus H 2 mg/25 mg/5 mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.
Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.
Lactation
CAUTION
Zeneril Plus H 2 mg/25 mg/5 mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby.
Driving
Do not drive unless you are feeling well.
Zeneril Plus H 2 mg/25 mg/5 mg Tablet make u feel dizzy, drowsy or can cause blurred vision. This may affect your driving ability.
Kidney
There is limited information available on the use of Zeneril Plus H 2 mg/25 mg/5 mg Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
There is limited information available on the use of Zeneril Plus H 2 mg/25 mg/5 mg Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

My wife p v s s mahalakshmi is a patient of neurology. two months ago she has schizophrenia (mental disorder in which patient interpret reality abnormally) and was given Don LS and Gressami 200mg for 1 and 1/2 months . Now her walking ability decreased and not able to walk steadily even with the help of assistance. Her earlier disorder is not found now and her walking disability has become a great worry to us . Please suggest .

Resperidone can cause extrapyramidal symptoms affecting motor coordination. The prescribing doctor can advise you on these side effects and give another antipsychotic with low potential for EPS.

Now My second question : She is having irregular period problems (becoming Very late ). Is it is the side effect of the above medicines.
