Wellnok N 2mg/0.5mg Tablet may be habit-forming and should be taken only as directed by your doctor. The medicine may be a part of your treatment which could include receiving social and psychological support. It may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day. Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor and if you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.

Some of the common side effects of this medicine include headache, sweating, drug withdrawal syndrome, nausea, vomiting, and constipation. It may also cause numbness in mouth, tongue pain, back pain, lightheadedness, irregular heartbeat, blurred vision, sleep disturbance, difficulty in paying attention and fainting. However, these are temporary and usually resolve on their own. Please consult your doctor if these do not subside or bother you.

This medicine causes dizziness and sleepiness, do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms.

• Some people feel uncomfortable during the first two to three days of taking Wellnok N 2mg/0.5mg Tablet. Continue taking it as advised by your doctor.
• This medicine has been prescribed for you. Never give it to other people even if their condition appears to be the same as yours.
• It is important that you keep your regular appointments with your doctor or clinic so your progress can be reviewed.
• You are more likely to succeed in staying off opioid drugs if you have support and counseling in addition to taking Wellnok N 2mg/0.5mg Tablet.
• Inform your doctor if you are taking anti-depressants.
• Inform your doctor if you have any breathing problems, such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), high blood pressure, liver or kidney problems.
