Product introduction

Ultranac-MR Tablet can be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

Using this medicine can cause some common side effects such as dizziness, weakness, and sleepiness. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent these side effects.

Once you see some improvement, you can start doing therapy exercises (such as walking or breathing exercises) that will help you get your strength back more quickly. How Ultranac-MR Tablet works

Ultranac-MR Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Methocarbamol, which relieves pain and relax the muscles. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Methocarbamol is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm.
