How Toby D Eye Drop works

Toby D Eye Drop is a combination of two medicines: Dexamethasone and Tobramycin. It stops bacterial growth in the eye by preventing the synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions.

Quick tips

  • Wash your hands first before applying the Toby D Eye Drop. To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface.
  • Do not wear contact lenses until your infection clears up.
  • Eye infections can cause your eyes to become more sensitive to sunlight than usual. Wearing sunglasses may help to prevent this.
  • Take care to avoid spreading the infection from one eye to the other and other members of your family. Washing your hands regularly (particularly after touching your eyes) and not sharing towels or pillows will help prevent the infection from spreading.
