Do Digital X-ray of the affected region of spine AP and Lateral views and share it
I am having back pain since long almost 10 years . Never consulted any Dr. I experience pain when I keep standing and the pain increases as I stand. I start experiencing pain if I keep standing for more than 15 mins. I can't stand long like for more than 1 hrs. If I do so I have to suffer acute back pain and also this pain starts moving downwards ie towards legs(not below knee). When I bend my body like a bow I feel relieved. This pain is not muscular pain so any ointment doesn't works. Also I have neck pain just at the place where spinal cord starts. I cant bend my neck towards my back it starts paining and also if I bend my neck towards front like for writing or reading the pain starts in back side of neck.
