Temlet 0.4mg/2mg Capsule may be prescribed alone or in combination with other medicines. Temlet 0.4mg/2mg Capsule may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and take it at the same time each day for the best result. Do not use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor. You should not stop taking the medicine until your doctor tells you it is okay to stop.

Using this medicine may cause a few common side effects such as blurred vision, dizziness, and headache. If you experience any of these side effects that do not go away or get worse, let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent the side effects.

When your prostate gland becomes enlarged it can cause urinary problems such as difficulty passing urine and the need to go to the toilet frequently or urgently. It can also cause urine flow to be slower. If not treated, there is a risk that your urine flow will be completely blocked. Temlet 0.4mg/2mg Capsule works by relaxing muscles in the bladder and prostate. So, it can rapidly relieve the symptoms and make it easier for you to urinate. It also helps to treat uncontrollable contractions (spasms) of the bladder muscles that causes frequent urination, urgent need to urinate, and inability to control passing of urine. It also relieves painful, or frequent urination and reduces urgency to urinate. Take this medicine exactly as prescribed for maximum benefits.

Temlet 0.4mg/2mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Tamsulosin and Tolterodine, which relieve the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
