Telma-AZ 16 Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to maximize its benefits. In case you missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it. Never skip any doses and finish a full course of treatment even if you feel better. Do not stop taking it suddenly without talking to the doctor, as it may worsen your symptoms.
The most common side effects of this medicine include fatigue, edema, and low blood pressure. These are usually mild, but let your doctor know if they bother you or last more than a few days. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood pressure, kidney function, and blood glucose level while taking this medicine.
