Sylate-M 500 Tablet helps normal blood clotting, which reduces the bleeding during menstruation. It helps to prevent excessive loss of blood, stops bleeding and enhances the healing process. Sylate-M 500 Tablet blocks certain chemicals that causes pain and thus gives relief. This helps prevent complications of excessive bleeding such as hemorrhage. How Sylate-M Tablet works
Sylate-M 500 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Ethamsylate and Mefenamic Acid. Ethamsylate is an antifibrinolytic. It works by preventing the breakdown of clots and controls excessive bleeding during menstruation (periods). Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

What if you forget to take Sylate-M Tablet?
