Stamaril Vaccine works by causing the body to produce its own protection (antibodies) against the virus. This vaccine is generally recommended for individuals who are traveling to areas where this infection is common. However, while traveling, use insect repellent, wear long-sleeved shirts and pants, treat clothing and gear, and get vaccinated before traveling, if vaccination is recommended for you.
