Sir,we have a boy aged 8,when he was 6 we tried to get 2nd .but all in vain .no positive result so far.so we consulted gyneac and infertility specialist .they suggested semen analysis for me and ovulation test for my wife.i had a problem of count and motility.it overruled by taking fertisure m tab after that my semen was normal.my wife undergone ovulation induction medicine such as siphene 100 for three consicutive periods .but no result.so doctor suggested to do ssg for tubal patency.while doing it ,the result was not clear.she had a history of septate utreus.now our doctor suggested to do hystero laproscopy or lapro surgery to remove the septum.it is the main hindrance to conceive.sir pleas inform me what we have to do ?is septate utreus a problem for infertility?is there more chance to conceive after laproscopy?is it a complicated surgery?
