How Scaraze Gel works
Scaraze Gel is a combination of three medicines: Extractum Cepae-Cepalin, Heparin and Allantoin. Extractum Cepae-Cepalin is an anti-scar medicine. It works by suppressing the activity of a chemical (PGF beta-1) which is involved in inflammation (swelling) and hypertrophic scarring process after injury. Heparin is an anticoagulant. It widens the blood vessels to dissolve blood clots and promote blood flow at the injured site. Allantoin is a skin protectant. It moisturizes the skin and relieves minor irritation.
