Hi PATIENT to 1mgdoctors. Congratulation on the big new!At this point its fine whatever you take, as long you can keep it down. During early pregnancy the nausea, vomiting and the smells make it difficult to follow a specific diet.So for the time being eat whatever you like, apart from outside food, specially chinese. Also it would be good to avoid pineapples and papaya.
