Salbrex Syrup is a combination of two medicines: Ambroxol and Salbutamol / Albuterol which relieve cough. Ambroxol and salbutamol. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Salbutamol is a bronchodilator which relaxes muscles in your airways and widens airways. Together, they make breathing easier.

Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Salbrex Syrup may cause side effects such as dizziness, increased or uneven heart rate, muscle cramps or muscle pain. This may affect your ability to drive.
