Rybrevant 350mg Injection is given as an injection by a trained healthcare professional. Your doctor will decide what dose is necessary and how often you need to take it. This will depend on what you are being treated for and may change from time to time. It should be used exactly as your doctor has advised. Taking it in the wrong way or taking too much can cause very serious side effects. It may take several weeks or months for you to see or feel the benefits but the treatment should not be stopped unless your doctor tells you to.

Fatigue, nausea, vomiting, and rash are some common side effects of this medicine. Let the doctor know if these bother you or do not go away. The doctor may suggest ways to treat or prevent them in future. Your doctor may perform some blood tests before and after the treatment to check for any unusual changes.

Before taking it, tell your doctor if you have heart disease, liver, or kidney problems or are taking any medicines to treat infections. Many other medicines can affect, or be affected by, this medicine so let your healthcare team know all medications you are using. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The use of effective contraception by both males and females during treatment is important to avoid pregnancy.

Treatment of Non-small cell lung cancer
Non-small cell lung cancer is one of the major kinds of lung cancer and it affects both smokers as well as non-smokers. Rybrevant 350mg Injection helps treat non-small cell lung cancer and may be given alone or in combination with other medicines. It is a potent and very toxic medicine and you should discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. You should avoid drinking alcohol while having this treatment and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

How Rybrevant Injection works

Rybrevant 350mg Injection is an antibody that directly blocks a protein (EGFR) on the outside of the cell to stop the tumor from growing and works with the body's immune system to identify and destroy cancer cells with EGFR.

Quick tips

Before taking Rybrevant 350mg Injection, make sure you tell your doctor about any other medications you are taking, including prescription or over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, herbal remedies, etc.
After starting your treatment with Rybrevant 350mg Injection, you may be at risk of infection; try to avoid crowds or people with colds, and report fever or any other signs of infection immediately to your doctor.
Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily to help prevent constipation while taking this medicine.
To reduce nausea, take antinausea medications as prescribed by your doctor, and eat small, frequent meals.
To help treat/prevent mouth sores, use a soft toothbrush and rinse your mouth at least 3 times a day with saline water.
Tell your doctor or nurse immediately if you experience a rash, itching, difficulty in breathing or swallowing, swelling of the eyes, mouth, throat, tongue, or lips, dizziness, or a fast heartbeat during or after the administration of Rybrevant 350mg Injection.
