What if you forget to take Retune Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Retune 50mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Monitor temperature of Patient. If Patient has fever place a cool, damp washcloth on your child's forehead. Give your Patient a lukewarm tub bath or a sponge bath. Give a sponge bath as follows: - ? Use lukewarm water [90?F (32.2?C) to 95?F (35?C)]. Do not use cold water, ice, or rubbing alcohol, which will lower the child's body temperature too quickly. ? Sponge for 20 to 30 minutes. ? Stop if the child starts to shiver. If your child doesn't like the sponge bath or doesn't feel better after the bath, there is no need to give another one. You can use paracetamol also along with above measures to control fever till you consult Dr. will determine underlying disorders by clinical examination which range from mild conditions to the most serious of bacterial and viral illnesses and will prescribe medicines accordingly. Advice given without doing clinical examination can be imperfect or some time harmful to patient.
Due to lack of safety data, Retune 50mg Tablet should not be used during pregnancy or in women suspected with pregnancy until and unless the benefits outweigh the risks. Discuss with your doctor who will analyze your condition and decide whether you can take Retune 50mg Tablet during pregnancy or not.
How long can I take Retune 50mg Tablet?
Retune 50mg Tablet is recommended to be taken thrice daily before meals. The duration of therapy will depend on the response of the patient towards the therapy. The exact dose and duration will be decided by your doctor depending on individual need and response.
Is Retune 50mg Tablet bad for kidneys?
Retune 50mg Tablet and its metabolites are mainly excreted via the kidneys. Therefore, people with any kidney problems should remain careful while taking Retune 50mg Tablet. Regular tests for kidney function are required and if side effects related to kidneys (creatinine increased) occur, the medicine is generally discontinued or the dose is reduced.
Who should not take Retune 50mg Tablet?
Retune 50mg Tablet should not be given to patients in whom there is an increase in gastrointestinal movements. It is harmful in patients having mechanical obstruction or perforation of the gastrointestinal tract or gastrointestinal bleeding.
Should I take Retune 50mg Tablet before or after meals?
Food does not interfere with the working of Retune 50mg Tablet. This medicine is generally recommended to be taken before meals.
