Repalol H Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It makes you lose excess water through urine; hence, try to take it during the daytime or 4 hours before bedtime to avoid frequent urination at night. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depend on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.
Nausea, taste change, diarrhea, and stomach upset are some common side effects of this medicine. Regular monitoring of kidney function and electrolytes is important while using this medicine. - It may cause dizziness. Get up slowly when rising from a sitting or lying position.
- Repalol H Tablet may cause dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and Inform your doctor if you develop extreme thirst, muscle weakness or very dry mouth.
