Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Ramcet S Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Take it with food, if it causes stomach upset
Ramcet S Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Tramadol, Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Serratiopeptidase. Tramadol is an opoid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an analgesic and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and fever. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation, and promotes healing.
Taking Tramadol+Paracetamol / Acetaminophen+Serratiopeptidase with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Ramcet S Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse effects on the foetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may be acceptable despite the risk. Please consult your doctor.

Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Ramcet S Tablet may cause side effects such as drowsiness and blurred vision. If this happens, do not drive.
Ramcet S Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ramcet S Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Ramcet S Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ramcet S Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. However, the use of Ramcet S Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
