Do not apply a bandage or dressing on the area being treated, as this will increase absorption of the medicine and increase the risk of side-effects. This medicine should only be used for the condition it is prescribed for. Do not use it for any other condition without consulting your doctor. Do not give it to other people even if their condition appears to be the same.
