How Pyrisulide Cold Tablet works

They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Dextropropoxyphene is a opioid analgesic (pain reliever). It works by decreasing the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.
Safety advice
Do not drink alcohol while you are taking this medicine. Pyrisulide Cold Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness when taken with alcohol.
Pyrisulide Cold Tablet is highly unsafe during pregnancy. It can cause serious harm to the unborn baby, including birth defects and pregnancy loss. Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
Pyrisulide Cold Tablet is unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Data suggests that the drug may cause toxicity to the baby.
Pyrisulide Cold Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
