Pyeevon Spas Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol / Acetaminophen and Dextropropoxyphene. Paracetamol / Acetaminophen is an analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
Taking Paracetamol / Acetaminophen+Dextropropoxyphene with alcohol can cause liver damage.

Pyeevon Spas Capsule is probably unsafe to use during lactation.
Limited human data suggest that the drug could represent a significant risk to the baby. Even small doses of Pyeevon Spas Capsule can cause infant sleepiness and decreased/altered brain function.
It is not known whether Pyeevon Spas Capsule alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react.
Pyeevon Spas Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Pyeevon Spas Capsule may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Use of Pyeevon Spas Capsule is not recommended in patients with end stage kidney disease.
