Yes. Serious stomach, or bowel bleeding, ulcers, or holes can occur at any time during Proxym ER 200 Tablet treatment, with or without warning. Stop the medicine, and get urgent care if you pass black stools, vomit blood, or have severe, constant stomach pain.

I have heart disease or risk factors. Can I use Proxym ER 200 Tablet?

Discuss carefully with your doctor before using Proxym ER 200 Tablet if you have heart disease or any other health issues. If you have heart problems, a previous stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, or smoke, you may have higher heart risks with NSAIDs. If used, your doctor will advise minimal dosing and short duration with close follow‑up.

What serious side effects need immediate medical help?

Serious side effects of Proxym ER 200 Tablet may include severe allergic reactions such as wheezing, difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, or tongue, or widespread rash, and skin peeling. Other serious symptoms include chest pain, ankle swelling, irregular heartbeat, signs of stroke, black stools, blood in vomit, severe stomach pain, painful urination, very dark or reduced urine, yellowing of the eyes or skin, or severe abdominal pain. Rarely, symptoms like high fever, severe headache, stiff neck, rash, or seizures may suggest aseptic meningitis, especially in people with autoimmune conditions. If you notice any of these symptoms, stop taking Proxym ER 200 Tablet and seek immediate medical help.
