Pregastar Plus SR 75 Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on what you are using it for and how well it helps your symptoms. Use it regularly and do not discontinue using it until the doctor tells you it is alright to stop.

• Inform your doctor if you develop any unusual changes in mood or behavior, new or worsening depression or suicidal thoughts or behavior.
• Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor.
