Along with the treatment, maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly for maximum benefits.

The most common side effects of Poviztra 1mg Injection include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation. These are usually mild to moderate and tend to improve as the body adjusts to treatment. Eating smaller meals or avoiding heavy, fried foods may help ease symptoms like nausea or an upset stomach. If you experience severe or persistent side effects, consult your doctor for advice.

Before starting Poviztra 1mg Injection, inform your doctor about any medical conditions you have, particularly a history of pancreatitis, eye problems caused by diabetes (diabetic retinopathy), thyroid cancer, or severe gastrointestinal problems. This medicine is not recommended for individuals with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or those with multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

Additionally, discuss with your doctor if you are on medications for type 2 diabetes, such as insulin or sulfonylureas; combining Poviztra 1mg Injection with these medications can increase the risk of low blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia). • Eat small, frequent, balanced meals, and avoid greasy, high-fat foods to reduce nausea.
• Drink plenty of water to counteract potential dehydration from nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
• Be watchful of symptoms like severe stomach pain, signs of pancreatitis (such as severe upper abdominal pain that may radiate to the back, along with nausea, vomiting, or fever), or allergic reactions, and consult a doctor immediately if they occur.
• Let doctors know you are taking Poviztra 1mg Injection before surgeries, as it may delay stomach emptying and increase aspiration risk.
