How to use Pnv Plus Tablet

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Pnv Plus 25 mg/2.5 mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

How Pnv Plus Tablet works

Pnv Plus 25 mg/2.5 mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Meclizine and Folic Acid. Meclizine is an antihistamine which works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger (histamine), thereby controlling nausea, vomiting and light-headedness in vertigo. Folic acid provides essential nutrients.

Alcohol
CAUTION
Pnv Plus 25 mg/2.5 mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness and calmness with alcohol.
Pregnancy

Lactation
Pnv Plus 25 mg/2.5 mg Tablet is probably safe to use during lactation. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent a significant risk to the baby.
Larger doses or prolonged use of Pnv Plus 25 mg/2.5 mg Tablet may cause sleepiness and other effects in the baby
Driving
Pnv Plus 25 mg/2.5 mg Tablet may make you feel dizzy, sleepy, tired, or decrease alertness. If this happens, do not drive.
Kidney
Pnv Plus 25 mg/2.5 mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Pnv Plus 25 mg/2.5 mg Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Liver
