Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label before use. Piptashil Capsule may be taken with or without food.

How Piptashil Kit works

Piptashil Capsule is a combination of two different doses of Aprepitant. It works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger in the brain that may cause nausea and vomiting during treatment with anti-cancer medicines.

Quick tips

  • Piptashil Capsule is taken alongside other medicines to help stop sickness (nausea and vomiting) after chemotherapy.
  • Even if you do not feel like eating or drinking, try to sip water regularly to prevent you from becoming lacking in fluid in the body (dehydrated).
  • If you are taking any contraceptive 'pill' at the same time as this medicine, the effectiveness of the 'pill' can be reduced if you have a bout of being sick (vomiting) which lasts for more than 24 hours. In such a case, ask your doctor for additional contraceptive precautions.
